Reneé Nichols

Reneé Nichols brings over 38 years of experience in marketing, specializing in print, retail merchandising, email campaigns, welcome packages, campaign promotions, and strategic messaging. She began her career at MBNA in the marketing department before relocating to New York City. There, Reneé worked for Wunderman for more than 19 years, managing prominent accounts including American Express, IBM, Similac, AT&T, and Best Buy.

Reneé advanced to the position of Creative Supervisor, overseeing art direction for the Citibank account and managing teams of writers and art directors. In 2013, she returned to Delaware, bringing a wealth of marketing expertise and creative leadership with her.

Reneé is currently the Director of Marketing at LMT Commercial Real Estate. She also holds her Delaware real estate license and focuses on Retail, Office, Industrial, Warehouse, Medical, Investment Sales, and Multi-Family properties.
